What are the pricing rates?
The venue is priced at $150 an hour

Do you have an elevator?
We unfortunately do not have an elevator but it is a very light set of stairs to get to our venue.

Where can I park?
We have an on-site parking lot that accommodates up to 30 cars and is mostly empty on weekends. Street parking is also available nearby. Please note, parking on the grass or in non-designated spots will result in your car being towed.

Is cooking allowed onsite?
Our facility includes a prep kitchen with a fridge, microwave, sink, and stainless steel tables. However, cooking is not allowed; only catered meals are permitted. We do not have serving utensils or equipment, so please make sure to bring what you need. Also please do not dispose of solid food in the sink.

What is the capacity of the venue?
Seated capacity: 50 guests
Standing capacity: 75 guests

Can I bring my own decorations?
No decorations that could damage the space are allowed (no nails, sticky adhesives, etc.). All decorations must be set up during the time you've booked. If you purchased decor through us, we will handle setup and removal. You are still responsible for cleaning up trash.

Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside the venue and in the surrounding areas. We share the building with a doctor’s office, and we aim to maintain a courteous environment for their patients.

Can I serve alcohol at my event?
Alcohol is permitted for guests 21 and older. If you are selling alcohol, you must hire a licensed bartender with a valid pour license and insurance through Cobb County. Please drink responsibly—safety is our top priority.

Are outside vendors allowed?
Outside vendors (caterers, bartenders, DJs, etc.) are welcome but must arrive and depart within your booked time window.

Can I extend my booking time?
If you need to extend your time, please inform us at least 30 minutes before your booking ends. If the venue is available, we will extend your time, with the cost deducted from your security deposit. (If you have booked through peerspace we will bill you for the extra hours through their site)

What is the policy for guests under 18?
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult (21+) at all times. We require at least one adult for every five minors.

What are your hours of operation?
Our hours are from 8 AM to 11 PM. Events that extend beyond 11 PM will incur an additional fee at 1.5 times the hourly rate.

Is a security deposit required?
A $250 security deposit is required and will be refunded after your event, provided there is no excessive messes or damage, no overtime, and no unaccounted-for guests. We recommend taking a video of the space before your event in case of any disputes.
